Paperchasing is an adoption document courier to the Texas Secretary of State. We hand-deliver your Texas documents and get the document certifications needed for your international adoption. We provide fast, reliable, and confidential service to help you as you prepare for your new family member(s). We know how important your paperwork is because we have been there ourselves. We want to do everything we can to help your paperchase go as quickly as possible.

Paperchasing also works with adoption agencies directly on behalf of their clients. Since the Texas SOS office no longer allows agencies to submit documents for certification directly, Paperchasing provides enhanced service for their clients. Paperchasing can also coordinate document authentications through foreign consulates.
